Boobs hurting after ovulation?

I have pcos and I’ve been on about 4 rounds of femera. My symptoms when I ovulate are sore nipples . My boobs don’t hurt just my nipples . Two days after I ovulated my boobs started becomming sore and they are still sore I’m about 5 dpo. My boobs never hurt . Once in a while they will get sore about a week before my period but that rarely happens . Usually I just have sore nipples then nothing untill I start my period . Has anyone experienced this before could there be another explanation besides pregnancy? I don’t want to get my hopes up
