Screams in middle of sleep
Does anyone else’s baby wake up crying in middle of nap or bedtime ? My baby is 8 months and has been doing this really since birth. She will be asleep and just wake up randomly crying or screaming and I have to go in her room go soothe her or give her paci that fell out . She has a humidifier but her dad has sleep apnea and night terrors nightmares a lot which I think may be the case . Can anyone shed some light ?
