Weird poop habit change 6mo

My daughter has been having more frequent poops since Sunday. She is happy, eating and not dehydrated, no blood but she’s having lots of blow outs with small amounts of poop and today has pooped 8 times, but very tiny amounts that look like below. She does have a runny nose and we are feeling some bumps on her gums and tons of drooling so I’m not sure what to chalk it up to. She has a doctors appointment next Friday, but just wanted to see if anyone else had experienced this and what was the cause. Thanks!
