Started my 1st post partum cycle after 8 mths pp. I had 2 instances where I spotted lightly but never a full on bleed. I started Friday of last week, it was just light, but by Saturday it was so heavy I was soaking through super tampons every hour, I was having to wear my son's old diapers he no longer fits to keep myself from bleeding through. Sunday was yet again another heavy day for me, bleeding through Super PLUS tampons every hour to hour and a half.. I was bleeding like this until Monday, and I have never had a period like this before! Should this be something brought up to my doctor? Is it my PCOS causing this? Hormones? I'm at a loss of what this could be!!! Also this is my 2nd child, and it didn't happen like this when pp the 1st time after my son.
