4 days until scan

Looking for some words of encouragement.. I have my 1st US next Wednesday afternoon which I think I will be 7w +2, but based off LMP 8w +2. I had a MC in December at 7wk (that was the day my hcg went down). That pregnancy was hard from the beginning though, my hcg was low and never doubled. This time it shot way up and I didn’t even need a 2nd blood draw as it was 5250. Then we had a chemical pregnancy in January, only a week late. Then we got pregnant this time in February. The only “issue” I’ve had is my progesterone was low and have been taking prometrium every night vaginally since 7 dpo. I do have sore boobs, they’re fuller and a little bigger. I’m super bloated and have some occasional queasy feelings, really when I get hungry.

I would appreciate any positive news/vibes so I can get through the next 4 days. I lost my mom almost a year ago somewhat unexpectedly right after our honeymoon. I have some friends that have been super supportive but most has no issues getting pregnant. Just woke up upset sad today and miss having my mom to talk too.
