Period cup

So last month i bought a period cup. Today it finally started. I can feel the stem of the cup. Kinda uncomfortable yet bearable. I spend so much money in pads and tampons throughout my life (turning 30 this month). Main reason i got it is because I'm cheap. My Jewish side it's kicking in 😂. Yet so far this thing is working out great. No leaks or anything. I have a pad on just in case though. I like not having a crime scene down there for 7 to 9 days. Not joking I can have two maxi pads on and within 4 hours will cover both plus more! Its bad for 5 days! If you have done the cup before what are your thoughts regarding it. What is it supposed to feel like exactly?
