Having my ex boyfriends baby

First of all, I don’t want any sarcastic comments!!! can’t go back to my ex now, even though it’s killing me, to much emotional abuse and he cheated which I can never get over ( I’ve tried ) so when the baby’s born, do I need to tell him that his baby’s been born or can I get a letter from courts to say if he wants to see the baby to go through them? I feel bad for this decision but enough is enough I don’t want to see him ever again!
