Baby and wife, common cold. Me the Flu, can I pass it along?

Michael

Here's how we think everything happened...

My nephew is a daycare kid. 10 months old, grandpa got sick from the nephew and gave it to my daughter (8 months) which gave it to my wife. I caught the Flu from my office most likely since I'm the only one with a high temp and my symptoms came on very quickly.

I want to help my wife out more, she's getting really burnt out being sick, dealing with a sick hubby and daughter. I am pretty much taking care of myself which is fine.

But the real question is, is there anyway I can pass this flu to my daughter? I want to take care of my daughter while I can and let my wife nap.

Or is it best to stick with what we're doing. Keeping me quarantined in the basement?
