Help...

I’ve had two miscarriages within a years time and both times my babies only grew to 6 weeks even though both times I was farther along. The first time I made it to 11 weeks and 4 days before my baby passed on its own. The second I made it almost to 15 weeks before I had to have a D&C because my body didn’t realize my baby was no longer with me. I’m just wondering if anyone else has gone through the same thing? Both my babies with no heartbeat or even growing and the second time they showed me there was no blood flow to my baby...I’m just devastated and I feel like I’m going crazy.
