Babymoon Planning!

Hubby and I have been married for three years and have yet to take a honeymoon or vacation as a couple. I REALLY want to do a short babymoon for some alone time, we've had some moochers living with us for the last 5 years so alone time has never been a thing for us 🙄 We have to make it a weekend trip since he just got a new job and can't take any time off. Anyone else planning a babymoon? What do you have in mind? I am dying to find a nice hotel within driving distance with a prenatal friendly spa but that is proving much harder to do in Iowa! Anyone thinking about a little camping trip or am I crazy thinking I'd be comfortable doing that while pregnant?

Ps. If anyone knows of any airlines offering good deals in May, send them my way! I'm not opposed to flying if there are decent prices out there :)
