Is this Ad Unethical? (See photo)

The ad is for a non alcoholic beer and uses a pregnant women as it’s model. Some argue that you can’t tell that the beer is non-alcoholic so it may confuse viewers that the ad is saying that drinking is okay to do while pregnant. Others may think that this ad glorifies the idea of drinking while pregnant even though it “non-alcoholic”. While others might not see the harm in something that literally can’t harm you or the baby. And lastly, some might think that there’s nothing technically unethical about the ad but its just its just in poor taste. What do you think?
