Best mobile?

Question

Hey, has anyone bought this mobile before and your thoughts on it?  It’s the Shiloh baby newborn musical mobile plush doll 60 tunes with musical box and arm blue sky for about  $80.  Worth it?
Hmmm sounds like the above is not worth it.   Is there other developmental mobiles out there you would recommend?   I’m looking for something that aids in physical and mental development.

No. Honestly we had one that was $40. We NEVER used it and our son was in his crib from 8 weeks old. We always put him down when he was sleeping and picked him up when he was awake so he was never awake in his crib to even see it or notice it was there. Then he was standing and pulling it down. Waste of money. Waste of the 5 minutes it took to install it.

Get more developmental regular toys that are cheaper. Babies need to be on the floor to develop anyway. Manhattan toys are great. I’m a developmental specialist for infants to age 3.

For $80 it’s not that necessary.There are some Target ones that are pretty cute and reasonably priced.Plus a mobile isn’t a really important device🤷🏻‍♀️

Don’t waste your money. We hardly used it and when we did, it lasted maybe a minute with music after turning it over and over. 
You can get toys you can clip on the crib much cheaper as well as a noise machine, small boombox, or alexa. I have a boombox in my sons room and every night for over a year he fell asleep with the Moana sound track. Now we just tell Alexa to play baby lullabies. The best stuff though is Rockabye baby lullabies, I love listening to lullaby versions of some awesome tunes.

Yeah don’t waste that much money in a mobile, trust me lol. I’d get one second-hand if you really want one. It won’t be long until your baby starts to pull on it. I found my son distracted by his and would just watch it instead of sleep, so mine was useless.

I wouldnt. Theres so many other things worth $80. And a mobile is not that serious.
