Left sided cramps only - normal??

Question

Ever since I found out I was pregnant I've been getting g intermittent aches & cramps left side - the iliac fossa region. When I had my periods & ovulated I got pains left side too.
Last few days I've had them non stop. Mild to moderate. No bleeding or spotting. I'm 7 weeks 4 days first pregnancy.
Could it be an ectopic? Going for an ultrasound next week. Positive thoughts 🤞🏼

Yes, it was a corpus luteum cyst. I went in for an ultrasound at about 7 weeks because of it just to rule out an ectopic.

I had the same thing, went in to get an ultrasound and my obgyn told me that I ovulated out of the side that was causing me pain and it's just the extra blood flow around the ovary, mixed with stretching, gas, etc, not a good combo bahahaha! Best of luck to you ❤

When I first found out I was pregnant, this exact thing was happening. I talked about it with my dr. He did blood to test hormone levels, did a sono to rule out ectopic pregnancy and had me follow up the next week. Luckily it turned out that it was just my uterus growing/ stretching.
