6 wk 5 days mild spotting

Last night I went to the bathroom and a little bit of light pink watery blood was on the tissue. This morning it was just a bit of brown leftover discharge. Then this afternoon I had very faint brown almost beige discharge. Nothing in my underwear - just when I wipe on these several occasions (most the day nothing). I’ve been on and off with being able to be relaxed and feel everything is likely ok vs feeling quite worried. Any advice? I called the dr on call and she said not too worry too much since it wasn’t dark blood or very much and not constant but if a lot of bleeding occurs to go to emerg. She said I could come into the clinic on Monday to get some hcg tests ordered or I can just wait another few weeks until my first scan (booked for 8 weeks 5 days). Thoughts?
