Do you ever just feel so unloveable? Like someone could tell you they love you a million times but no matter how much they say or feel or show it, you just can shake the feeling that you really don’t think they mean it? Is it fixable?

Answer

I think first you have to determine the difference between being unlovable and feeling unloved. Of course you are lovable, but perhaps you are feeling unloved because of something your partner is doing? You could even feel unloved because you’re simply with the wrong person who can’t love you the way you need to be loved. Maybe if you talk to him about it and tell him that you’re feeling unloved, and what you need to fix that, it could make a difference.
