Baby kicks

So Easton has been really quiet last night into this morning. He’s usually rocking and rolling when I wake up in the middle of the night to pee and I just got like 3 kicks. He gave me two when I woke up 3 hours ago and just a few since. I’m 30 weeks. Think this is just a growth spurt??

He is typically quieter on the weekends. But I also usually work weekends. Husband needs me to take care of him (broken leg) so I’ve been home relaxing with him and so much more aware of how often he kicks.

So should I wait it out and see if he gets more active or call my dr on call line?
