Labor myth: true or not?

Everyone keeps telling me my face looks different today.. apparently it’s a sign that labor is soon??? Anyone ever heard of this? This is the first time I’m hearing it and I’ve been told it by like 5 people today, 3 of whom are complete strangers. They said that my face is swollen-ish and screams labor is near. I looked at them confused and all 5 of them mentioned that that’s how their wife or themselves looked the day before labor began... I doubt it’s true but I found it super odd how 5 people told me this today.. 5 completely random people.
