Haven't started yet

Okay so today it's going how I want it to go. I have hit 35 weeks 2 days now. I planned to have everything together this week. Now my mother suggested when we FIRST started buying things for baby store them at her house. And I was like ok. So everytime we bought something we would take it there and leave it. Then she got more comfortable and asked us to stay with her until baby is a couple weeks old. I said okay. Now we talked about me coming down today and getting the baby together they've locked the room up and don't have the key. So I cant get anything together. I can't start separating what needs to come home with us and what will stay. It's so annoying that I can't do anything yet. Am I overreacting?
