Subcronic hemorrhage

My last pregnancy I had a Subcronic hemorrhage, it was discovered at 9 weeks when I started bleeding bad. I was told it was normal and it would most likely go away on its own. It did not it stayed there and ate away at the placenta which made my water break at 20 weeks and me miscarry my son at 23 weeks.

I am currently pregnant and went in for my first ultrasound and the baby heart rate is fine growing fine however they found a very tiny Subcronic hemorrhage again. A few days later I started spotting pink and was gone. And been fine since.

My question is has anyone had one of these before and had a healthy pregnancy?
