Empty sac at week 5 😭

I went to my first appointment today as i had some itching feeling down there..

So during the appointment i also mentioned to the doctor that my pregnancy symptoms decreased drastically since yesterday so the doctor suggested to do an ultrasound if i want to and i agreed.

Then the vaginal ultrasound showed an empty sac as im supposed to be 5 weeks now according to my last period..

The doctor didn't say anything about it but she only asked me to do hormonal blood test which i did and gave me another appointment after 2 weeks.

Now im worried.. has anyone been through the same and ended up seeing their baby?
