Worried about labour room

So after a serious week its been decided my partner cannot be in the delivery room with me or after baby is born (don't want to go into details) however I'm really worried as i have no one to go in the room with me I actually have no friends and my only friends are 100 miles away n even then I wouldn't want them in the room so now all I see is I'm gonna be going through labour on my own n I'm a very scared person so any pain I usually panic and my partner calms me down but now I can't even have him. I'm so worried now I can't afford a dula and I am 32 weeks now so I'm in a very difficult position and I'm having to move out of my partners in the next few weeks so the stress lately is to much😟😟
