Is this normal?

I’m 21 weeks and normally my baby is moving all the time. But since last night I haven’t really felt him move. It’s now 12:00 pm.

Inconsistent movements are normal at your gestation. If you’re that worried, drink something cold and sweet and lay on your left side for a while to see if you feel anything.

I was told not to worry about movements until about 28 weeks 
Personally for me, I started feeling him around 14/15 weeks. 
He was quite active, and then all of the sudden it seemed he was not active at all for a couple of weeks. Even after drinking orange juice/cold water/sugar. 
Now at 24 weeks, I feel him quite often. 
I have invested in a fetal Doppler to just double check on days where I feel no movement
