Should I give her another chance??

Me and one of my closest best friends had an unfortunate falling out November 2018, right before Thanksgiving. Over something really petty that she could’ve addressed directly to me but didn’t and instead went around me and discussed it with my brother and our other best friend (which also caused them to fall out) so of course I was far from pleased. We haven’t talked for 4 months and yesterday she called me wanting to talk about what went down and where she went wrong and she is looking to repair our friendship and sit down and talk about it. We have been best friends for five years...her, our other bestie, and I have been the three amigos for a while now. So should I hear her out and look into repairing our other friendship? Our other best friend isn’t really too open to it right now and my boyfriend is against it😬
