Normal for ultrasound picture?

I had an ultrasound done at 31 weeks to see baby. He loves to hide his face near the placenta and turn to my back. My thing is, his nose looks sooooo wide and his little lips look so plump and wide butttt both my husband and myself both hardly have lips and our noses aren’t wide at all. I’m just wondering if this is normal and maybe it just looks like that from the ultrasound or from the fluid that’s in there with him. I will love my child REGARDLESS of anything. I was just a little curious because he looks NOTHING like my husband or myself.
