Should i go to emergency care?

I'm a FTM and pregnant with my rainbow baby. 2 previous miscarriages at 8 weeks. I'm now 25 weeks with my sweet boy. For 3 days I've had a mucus like discharge. Some times it's yellowish, sometimes it's brownish and yesterday it was red(only once) the rest of the times it's been clear. It is A LOT of discharge so much that I wiped once and it was falling off the sides of the toilet paper.ive had bad sciatic nerve pain since 12 weeks and I carried in groceries yesterday, the heaviest being one 2 liter soda in each hand and I did a lot of walking so it caused my back and legs to hurt. My back pain was very bad. I had some lower pelvic cramps but nothing worse than normal cramps from my growing baby. I've called both my doctor's,(I have a primary OB and a delivery Dr) and they both can't see me until tomorrow. They don't seem overly concerned and did not tell me to go emergency but Should I go just to check on him and have an ultrasound? I'd have to drive the next city over since the hospital in my town is horrible, I wouldn't even go there if I was dying! I just don't know what's normal and what's not.
