Gestational diabetes or no?

I finally got the results of my 3 hour glucose test and I am at a loss how to interpret. My OB just sent me the numbers, no explanation and are closing soon so I'm not likely to get an answer until tomorrow and I've anxiously been waiting since last Wednesday.

Fasting: 93 normal

1 hour: 201 high

2 hour: 118 normal

3 hour: 58 low

Has anyone else gotten similar highs and lows? What did they tell you?
