Blood test for pregnancy

So, I got my blood drawn today to see if I’m pregnant because I’m getting my wisdom teeth out Wednesday because I have one bothering me and needed to know about pregnancy before the put me to sleep. And I was on fertility meds this month and got my blood drawn on 21st day of cycle and confirmed that I did ovulate. Got a negative blood test for pregnancy but I had intercourses every day during fertile week so Idk how I would have missed it.. anyone get a negative blood test and a few days later get a positive urine test??? I believe I am 8 dpo but not sure. Didn’t get a positive ovulation test so I missed the surge.
