Boyfriend won’t give me password

So me and my boyfriend have Been together over a year and we both have the passwords to eachothers phones and are logged into eachothers instagrams and everything. And I trust him so it’s not like I snoop. I made a new snap chat like 6 months ago because I forgot my password to my old one and there were a lot of pictures on that account that I lost, luckily I sent a lot of them to him when I still had the account and they are saved in our old chat. Well i recently have been asking if I can log in to his snap chat and get all the pictures and read our old chat and stuff cuz I wanna see the memories but every time I ask he avoids the question and today I confronted him and said “why are you being so sus about this?” And he goes “your already on my Instagram what else do you need god” and I got offended he acted like I wanted to snoop around so I said “u can change the password after I get the photos I don’t want the password forever??” And he ignored me and now he’s not answering anything. Was it wrong of me to ask for the password? I thought me and him were closer than that?? Or should I be worried
