Praying for postive

My period is over a week late. No i am not stress at all. Like i have took a home test came back negative but that doesnt mean anything cuz when i was pregnant with my son my home test came back negative . i have been eating alot and hsve a stronger sense of smell, also been very nauseas like i have throw up a few times. My hubby say i am pregnant but am not sure . i go to the doctor tommorrow for blood work. I have also been very emotional. I am praying for some baby dust.
