Sneezing and this happened....

So recently ( started about a month ago ) when sneezing I get a pinching /stabbing pain in my lower pelvic area where your ovaries are and uterus are.

I also have recently started peeing a little when I cough too hard. Which is a little weird.

Anyone have anything happen to them similar? Or what your experience was?

To add: I am not pregnant but did have a weird 4 day spotting last month when my period was due. I am 18 years old turning 19 in a few months and have a step daughter, and financially and relationship stable enough to be trying to conceive.
