Husband won’t work

I’m the mother of a new baby girl. My husband will not work. Keeps using excuses like the jobs don’t pay enough, it won’t make a difference in our budget if I take that job, and so on. Always an excuse. He’s waiting for that job that pays big. I’m not looking for sympathy. I’m looking for suggestions if anyone has gone thru this. I’m not going to be able to survive this marriage if I go back to work and he stays home with her. I want to quit and stay home with our daughter. I don’t see myself staying in this marriage if he stays home while I have to leave our daughter everyday. I can’t do it. Please help....
