Lower right ovary pain!!

I have been to doctors just wanting to know if I'm the only one. I have a sharp pain in my lower right ovary. Since I've been off birth control I have seen this pain get worse which made my doctor thing cysts. Each month I'm feeling more discomfort and pain. Randomly I'll have such a bad day I feel like I could faint and the pain paralyzes me. I have a high pain tolerance but this is starting to really stop me from doing normal activities. Going back to the doctor again. Anyone else have this issue and have advice on how they helped the pain and what it was.
