I want a clear completion!!

So I have always had an uneven tone on my face..right under my lips and on my chin. I get blackheads and on top of that I have a picking issue so I have some scars. I have stopped picking and the scars have lightened..but I still get blackheads and my chin is still uneven..I have tried many store acne and toning treatments..I have also tried home remedies..

Does anyone have this problem or had this problem? Any ideas or suggestions that could help me fix this..
