Bleeding like period!!!!

I have recently found out i was pregnant. BFPs after BFPs. My doctors appoint is not until Monday but i had to barge in her clinic today as i started bleeding.

Woke up today and took another hpt for fun, of course BFP and even darker. As soon as i wiped there was bright red blood. Didnt want to panic but everytime i wiped it woildnt go away until i had to wear a pad coz i felt little gushes.

She did a transvaginal ultrasound and couldnt find a sac. She said its either its too early to see a sac (period was due feb 22) or i have had a miscarriage.

She gave me a blood test and will have another one on thursday for comparison and she hopes that HCG levels go up. She would also want to check for ectopic on friday and do another ultrasound.

Has anyone been in this situation and still continued a healthy pregnancy?!? I have been crying my eyes out because i feel that i have lost my baby. Its just so heartbreaking to be bleeding knowing youve got your BFPs and to be told that it may have washed away with the blood.

I would like to remain hopeful, but its too difficult.
