Does anyone else hate their appearance? I’m beyond disgusted with the way I look. I’ve gained so much weight and I’ve NEVER been this big before, I’ve tried to diet and exercise but with me being insulin resistant & pcos it’s hard as hell to lose the weight and not gain more. 
I honestly don’t know what to do 😭😭😭😭

First of all I just want to say your value, worth and beauty are not defined by the size or shape of your body. 
Now that I've gotten that out of the way. Exercise and nutrition will be your only and best options. Consult your dr but Balance by Alani Nutrition is literally changing people's lives and conquering PCOS. Awww im so sorry you feel this way... I have insulin resistnace too and i had trouble losing the weight until i cut carbs and sugar. I also tried intermittant fasting which was a life changer for me! I lost about 40lbs doing this. Also let me say try and focus on the positives of yourself and work on the negatives. I was depressed at 220 but i worked hard and even though im still overweight at 170 i feel good in my own skin because i know im working on myself and i AM beautiful and so are YOU! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
