ear messed up what u think

my ear is mesed up ringing very loud and clogs on and off when i press on side of my face it unclogs and sometimes clog back im on antibotics for almst a week now. my ear still feels stuffy and ringing in ear lot in one.. feels like something is in there i cant eat because of it its making me not do anything tbh i have appt with ent monday.. i tryed to clean it with peroxide three times already like couple days ago... what does it mean when i press on side of my face it unclogs or clogs up???
