Does it count as rape if I (15y female) was very drunk to the point i cannot remember the night , have sex with another boy (16y male) who was completely sober? Idk if this is rape or not as some of my friends are saying it is because i didn’t consent with the state i was in.

I’m so sorry this happened to you. You would never think of something happening when you’re so young. I’m not going to judge you for drinking so young, but make sure if you do it in the future (not that i’m saying to) but be in a safe place before hand. You cannot consent if you were drunk and he was sober. I really hope you are okay and everything works out for you. Have you confronted this boy about this? Not that I need to know, but maybe you should. Make sure you tell a friend that you plan on confronting him also.. in case something would happen.
