Headache and numb arms

Has anybody experienced anything like this? I have a call in to my doctor but I'm so confused by it. I've been getting frequent headaches every day starting around 4-5pm, then they reemerge at 9-10 (maybe after the Advil wears off). Also I've been waking up with my right arm being tingly and numb. The headache has "spikes" if I do something like bend down and stand back up, or sit up quickly in bed. Anybody have an idea of what this could be?
