Middle name help?

Question

I have always wanted to name my first daughter after my great grandmother, Neva. I love the name, but I am having the hardest time coming up with a middle name!
I think Neva Aylin (pronounced Eileen) would be cute, but I’m getting turned noses at the possibility. 
If anyone has any input or suggestions, I would love to hear them! Thank you!!

I think the traditional spelling is better as Neva is already an unusual name. Plus the way you’ve spelt it would make me think it was pronounced Ey-Lin

Neva Eileen is pretty but spell it this way so no pronunciation errors. (Love Neva by the way...never heard it before. It is cute!) Neva Sabine, Neva Louise, Neva Celeste might also work.
