Heartbeat found at belly button 12weeks

Just a question, my dr reckons I could be carrying twins as she found heartbeat right up by my belly button, and she said that's very high up for 12 weeks and usually means twins and also said I'm carrying like its twins. There on both mine and my partners side, will find out at ultrasound on Monday but anyone else experience heartbeat so high up? She didn't check for two as it took so long to find the first one , hope all good 😊
