Ovulation spike?
Good morning,
I recently started bbt Charting partly through this cycle. I’m sure I don’t have enough data to tell but does this look like the ovulation dip and thermal shift today? This morning when the temp alarm went off it startled me so I’m not sure if that caused the spike or if it was in fact the ovulation shift...thanks for your input!!! ❤️
