I know the recommendations to wait until your 6 week appt but who actually followed that? When did your return to normal sexual activity?

I had 3rd degree tears and lord knows how many stitches. I’m waiting until I’m cleared. The thought of even trying right now scares me. 😱

I'm going on three weeks on Friday. I didn't have stitches this time and I feel great! Honestly whenever the bleeding stops I'm probably going to try to have sex.

You guys are all crazy lol. I’m 4wpp and yeah I’m horny but I’m not at all interested in attempting sex right now. I’ll wait the 6 weeks and see how I feel. Not to mention my son will only VERY occasionally tolerate being put down for just 10 minutes at a time!

I will be 6 weeks pp on Sunday.. We haven't done anything.. I actually get really upset when my husband tries to even touch my butt or boobs because he was there when the dr said to wait 6 weeks and also because he has no idea how my body actually feels.. Just because I'm up and running around after my toddler doesn't mean my body feels great now.. I'm actually still very sore compared to when I had my toddler 2 years ago 😒

My discharge from the hospital said 3-6 weeks PP was okay to return to sex as long as bleeding had stopped. Unfortunately I had light bleeding until 5 weeks so I had to wait until then lol

Currently three weeks and five days pp. I’m waiting until cleared. My hormones and my boyfriend would like to hear differently, but my doctor commended me for realizing the dinner plate sized wound in my uterus was a good reason to continue to wait 😂

2 almost 3 weeks! I stopped bleeding at 2.5 weeks. Felt back to normal by the end of week 1. Had my 6 wk appointment today and everyday was good!
