Am i really pregnant ?

So i got positive test(s) yesterday and was so happy to see it , then told a few people i was pregnant, expecting them to be happy for me but instead they have said because i have tested a few days before AF is due that I shouldn’t get too excited coz could easily be a chemical pregnancy, anyone else had this negativity 😢😢

First off: they’re rude. 
Of course there is a chance for a chemical pregnancy. But there is also a much higher chance that you will go on to have a perfectly healthy pregnancy.

Yikes, sorry I’ve never received any negativity at all from anyone, at any stage of pregnancy. I think you need new friends...

Um. Rude. 
Everyone has a possible chance of chemical and miscarriage but that doesn't mean you shouldn't enjoy your pregnancy.
I got a positive several days before my period. I ended up miscarrying but had nothing do do with my early positive, I had odds stacked with downs diagnosis and a coagulation syndrome that was not known during the pregnancy.
