What would you do?!

At what point would you take your toddler in? My son is 3 and started feeling warm (99°) as of this afternoon. And now he's sleeping and running about 102° (I only have a stupid electronic forehead thermometer) 😩 but he's shivering/shaking. He opened his eyes from sleeping and was shaking. His body feels like he's on fire and he's uncomfortable, tossing and turning and crying. He keeps saying "mommy, I sick" 😩 he just woke up shaking saying "mommy take me to da doctor I sick" 😓😭😭
