Can you feel your scars?

I’m 5 months pp and I feel my scar all the time. It itches and sometimes hurts and this is a recent development. Is this common?

My OB told me it was normal. That as time went by the nerve ending would be reconnecting and I'd start getting random feelings and sensations back.

My OB told me that you need to massage your scar every night...with a nurse pressure that it almost hurts to break up the scar tissue... It'll take several months but it'll get better

Yes, but it gets much better over time. I had a csection  with second. She’s currently 5 yrs old. There is no pain around my scar but I have noticed sometime certain sex positions near my scar are uncomfortable. Also, now that I’m pregnant again, it’s a bit uncomfortable when baby presses hard against it.

I've had 3c-sections so far I'll have my 4th c-section in june and I don't feel my scar from the outside but I can feel when my baby kicks the inside of my scar seems like it's been that way with all of my kids
