Hey what could this be?

What could this be? My kid 1 1/2 years old was running a mild fever (99.8-100.4) yesterday and the day before maybe a total of like 16hrs and today she is getting these little red spots. Kinda bumps but they don't seem to bother her. I have an appointment set up already I just want to know if y'all have experienced this and if so what is it? The red spots are only on her neck and stomach/back none on her legs
