Vagina pimple

Omg I have a vagina pimple! My period is due on the 17th. I usually get these close to my period (not every month) just when I’m more active or sweating more. I got a new job where I’m sweating a lot & then my bf & I had sex I figured me running from being on top could of caused it due to friction, from sweating & whatnot... I tried to pop it, but it hurts to squeeze it! I can feel like a lump underneath probably puss, What could I do to help it go away???
