To painful and heavy

So my periods were very regular and medium. But then all the sudden they started coming earlier and earlier and became heavier and heavier and hurt so bad. Seems to only be getting worse. I bled through two pads, and my pants. The pads were heavy duty. The cups always overflow. I don't want to use birth control. Plus I can't have anyone looking at my biz(DR) but honestly idk what to do and I'm so tired of being in misery. What do I do?
