Definitely looks like varicose vein’s and you don’t have to be heavy set to have them

Are you legs being exposed to heat? I can’t remember the name of it. But I got a similar rash because we had a radiation heater and I would sit next to it often in the winter. I  removed the heat source and the rash went away in a few days. People also can get it from heated seats in the car.
