Period late!!

Me and my boyfriend had a bit of a close call on Sunday (10th) and I am due to start my period today or tomorrow but I am usually dying with cramps and have gotten hardly anything. I have a little bit of like brown spotting. Do you think its my period or what? I am so scared!😫😭 I am so stressed out and worried over this so could this be affecting it?😭 i last had my period on the 14th Feb - 19th Feb..
